FAM ILC-3D Linear Dicer / Cubing Machine – Stainless Steel
Hsdpozxlgqjfx Adgew

FAM ILC-3D industrial dicer/cubing machine, designed for continuous three-dimensional cutting of food products into cubes, strips, and other regular shapes, depending on the installed blade set and cutting dimensions.

Manufactured by FAM, a specialist in industrial cutting systems, the ILC-3D is designed to produce a uniform end product through a sequence of cuts in different directions. Its configuration is particularly suitable for lines where precision, size regularity, and continuous production are required.

Its construction, primarily in stainless steel, feeding system, and interchangeable cutting unit allow it to be used in industrial plants processing fruits, vegetables, and other food products.

CUTTING PROCESS

The product is continuously fed into the FAM ILC-3D and guided towards the cutting unit.

In a typical cubing configuration, the product passes through a sequence of elements that perform the necessary cuts in different planes, ultimately producing cubes of regular dimensions.

The final size and geometry depend on the combination of blades, cutting guides, and transverse cutting elements installed in the machine.

It can be used for:

Cubing in 3 dimensions
Cutting into strips
Uniform product cutting
Pre-processing before cooking or blanching
Preparation for IQF freezing
Preparation for canning
Dosing and subsequent packaging

APPLICATIONS

Particularly suitable for fruit and vegetable processors, canning companies, frozen food manufacturers, and producers of prepared meals who need to obtain uniform cuts on an industrial scale.

Depending on the tooling and the characteristics of the product, it can process potatoes, carrots, onions, fruits, vegetables, and other food products suitable for mechanical cutting.

The FAM ILC-3D offers a versatile solution for industrial lines where continuous cubing, uniformity of the final product, and the ability to adapt cutting dimensions using different blade sets are required.

Machine available for inspection.
