EASY CUT machines are equipped with circular shears that can cut steel up to 1.0 mm thick. If you need a machine that can cut thicker metal, then it is recommended to choose the EASY PRO model with a guillotine. The working width of the machines can be 1250 mm or 1500 mm.

Forstner STRAIGHT. These machines, by pulling a set length of a sheet of metal, straighten it and cut it. Depending on the type of cross-cutting knife and the diameter of the straightening rollers, the thickness of the processed metal varies from 1 mm to 2 mm. STRAIGHT and POWERSTRAIGHT also differ in the adjustment of the straightening rollers: mechanical or automatic. Integrated automatic control saves time in the long term, because changing the operating parameters of the machine is enough to press one button. Automatic control is a great choice when working with many different materials.

The Forstner SLIT series is a reliable assistant when cutting rolled metal. The SLIT CUT and SLIT PRO models not only cut the metal, but also cut it lengthwise into strips of the selected width. As standard, these models are equipped with 5 longitudinal cutting knives (the maximum number of knives is 7). The main difference between the SLIT CUT and SLIT PRO models is the type of cutting knife - a circular shear or a guillotine.

The Forstner COMPACT series is a device that pulls the required length of material, flattens it, cuts it into strips of the desired width and cuts sheets of a set length. The main difference between the models is the type of knife used for cutting: a circular shear or a guillotine. The flattening rollers and longitudinal cutting knives are mechanically adjusted.

POWER COMPACT is a powerful equipment for flattening, longitudinal cutting and shearing rolled metal. These two models differ in working width and cross-cutting metal thickness.

NuSLIT machine models are fully automated equipment. If you are looking for an automatically controlled machine that performs longitudinal cutting and cutting functions, you should choose the nuSLIT PRO or nuSLIT PROCUT models.
