Joos HP 120 - 3100 x 1350mm

Version: Joos A.B.S. safety system to protect the heating plates in case of incorrect loading or parts left behind. The press is open on all sides, features a robust all-steel construction, and is protected against overload. The maintenance-free hydraulic system is integrated into the oil tank. Step-less pressure adjustment is performed according to a clear pressure diagram. Once the set pressure is reached, the system switches off automatically. Constant pressure is maintained throughout the entire pressing process. The rack-and-pinion guide ensures stable parallel travel of the pressing plates. The press is optimally suited for laminating flat surfaces using adhesives, provided the corresponding technical requirements are met.

The hydraulic unit is built into the lower section of the press.

Controls:

Automatic pressure control via electronic controller with setpoint and actual value display. Operation is performed via a clear control panel. The control cabinet is fully integrated lengthwise in the upper section of the press.

Operating voltage: 400 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase.

ELECTRIC HEATING PLATE 3100 x 1350, GOLD ANODIZED
One lower and one upper electric heating plate, 3100 x 1350 mm. The surfaces are anodized, making them extremely hard, scratch- and abrasion-resistant. High-temperature insulation between the heating plate and the press table. Maximum operating temperature: 120°C. (1 section / 2 heating plates.)

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Temperature control R 1.1; each heating plate features an electronic temperature controller and a safety temperature limiter around the edge of the heating plate.

SWIVEL PANEL OPERATION
Operation is via an ergonomic swivel panel control.
