The stable machine frame in welded steel construction results in very smooth machine operation. The two machine stands are equipped with an offset so that longer parts than the machine table can be sanded. The sanding belt guide via 3 belt deflection rollers results in the largest possible open working area for the operator and therefore good working conditions, especially with hand sanding blocks. The belt is driven by a three-phase motor with a balanced belt drive roller. The belt has adjustable pneumatic belt tension. The dust collection device is dimensioned so that the sanding dust is collected and directed to the extraction nozzle when connected to an appropriate extraction system. The sanding unit is mounted on backlash-free roller guides to ensure effortless operation. The machine table can be easily and quickly adjusted to the correct workpiece height using the electromotive table lift. The table lift guide elements are maintenance-free. For loading, the table can be extended so far that workpieces do not have to be pushed under the sanding belt when loading. The electrical controls for the main functions are arranged in the middle of the machine for ease of use.

The machine is supplied as standard with an original equipment belt (W x L) 150 x 7100 mm and a contact roller approx. 50° Shore for 150 mm belt width.

Additional accessories:

The handling device is mounted in the center of the table under the insertion frame. To work with the handling device, the insertion frame is removed from the machine table. The handling device is equipped with four vacuum suction cups to hold the workpieces and consists of: The bearing with the rotary axis, on which a brake disk is mounted at the rear. The swivel device is attached to the front of the rotary axis. This can be locked at 0°, 22.5°, 45°, 67.5° and 90°. An additional locking disk is attached to the swivel head, which is used for fine adjustment of the workpieces to the sanding belt. The rotary and swivel axes are unlocked pneumatically using a foot switch, while the rotary axes are moved manually.
