Marel TBL 3000 Target Batcher

Marel’s TargetBatcher has long been recognized for its accuracy and its ability to weigh products for fixed-weight packaging. Equipped with 7 high-precision static scales and 14 buffer containers, the TargetBatcher selects the optimal product combination in a fraction of a second, making it significantly easier for processors to handle multiple small product batches where a quick changeover from one product to another is essential.

The TargetBatcher is used in processing plants worldwide and is suitable for a wide range of products, including mackerel, haddock fillets, tuna steaks, tiger prawns in shell, hake slices, squid, cuttlefish, and other products. This compact weighing system is available in two variants: one for fresh and frozen products, and another for specially glazed products.

The TargetBatcher offers a simple way to reduce raw material loss, primarily by combining the pre-determination of the number of frozen or fresh products that should be included in a package of a specific weight. Optionally, you can use Marela software to track machine operation in real time. The data collected from the TargetBatcher provides a complete overview of the activities involved in the weighing process.

The TargetBatcher is accurate and effectively minimizes raw material losses. It is a reliable device that requires minimal maintenance and is also user-friendly.
