Oxy-fuel cutting system with drilling/tapping

Used Microstep CombiCut 6001.20 for applications up to 150mm structural steel.

The system has the following features:

CombiCut gantry, driven on both sides

Oxy-fuel cutting torch, acetylene, up to 150mm cutting capacity
Piercing, fully automatic

Drilling with 10.3kW drilling support
Double-sided guided clamping system
Drilling up to 30mm diameter
Tapping up to M20
Countersinking corresponding to the drilling diameter
Including calibration unit for the drilling tools

All tools and carriages on the gantry are driven.

Conversion to plasma cutting (straight) is possible!

Tool changer mounted at the table end for 6 tools, SK40 tool holders (not included)

Oxy-fuel cutting table 6000 x 2000mm, designed for sheets up to 150mm
Table is cleaned and ready for immediate use (consisting of 2 elements)
Table has electronic flap control
Connection to a standard filter system is possible; this can be offered as an optional extra.

External machine control with 24" monitor

Control cabinet mounted on the gantry to minimize cable drag – therefore, very easy to maintain.

Milled S49 rails with beveled rack and pinion

The machine has been fully tested and inspected. All functions are present and ready for use.

The system has an Asper (CAM software) license installed and can be connected to the network.
Office licenses are not included!

We can offer the system with assembly and commissioning.

If assembly is carried out by us, the system will be installed with a functional guarantee. Furthermore, if assembly is carried out by AK Industry, the machine will have a 3-month warranty.
