Machine Description: High-performance planetary grinder designed for final surface finishing (grinding, satin finishing, and polishing) of round and oval profiles. The ML 100 3Z model features three independent grinding units, allowing you to achieve the desired surface roughness in a single pass.

Main Advantages:

Planetary System: The abrasive belts rotate around the tube while the material itself does not rotate. This enables safe processing of extremely long or even slightly bent pipes.

High Efficiency (3Z): Thanks to the three stations, you can combine different grit sizes (e.g., from coarse grinding to fine polishing) without the need to change belts between operations.

Versatility: Ideal for stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and other metals up to approx. 114 mm in diameter.

Surface Quality: Ensures a perfectly uniform finish around the entire circumference without visible seams.

The machine is in good technical condition and can be inspected by arrangement.
The grinder is perfect for processing straight round tubes or oval tubes. It features an orbital system that guarantees multi-purpose use. Workpiece feed and belt opening are automatic.
