## Extensive Overhaul

The OPS INGERSOLL GANTRY 1500 will undergo a comprehensive and professional overhaul in our facility. As part of the overhaul, the machine will be disassembled to over 70%. All relevant components and wear parts will be carefully inspected and, if necessary, professionally repaired or replaced.

### The following overhaul work will be carried out:

* Inspection and, if necessary, replacement of the ball screws and ball bearings of the X, Y, and Z axes
* Inspection and, if necessary, replacement of all four ball screws of the tank drive
* Inspection and testing of the C-axis for tightness and accuracy

* Thorough cleaning of the entire machine base
* Cleaning of the entire work tank, including replacement of the felt wipers

* Thorough cleaning of the control cabinet, generator, and control system
* Replacement of all relevant fans and batteries
* Overhaul or, if necessary, replacement of power supplies, units, and servo amplifiers
* Final laser measurement of the machine after the overhaul is completed

## Quality Inspection and Erosion Test

After completion of all overhaul work, the machine will undergo a comprehensive functional and quality inspection.

This includes, in particular, a detailed erosion test according to the quality and testing requirements of OPS INGERSOLL. This test will verify the relevant machine functions as well as the accuracy and process reliability.

## Ready for Production After Overhaul

After successful completion of the overhaul and final inspection, the OPS INGERSOLL GANTRY 1500 / 64 Bit will be immediately ready for use.
