We offer for sale a fully equipped Pegas Gonda cutting center, which has been used as our presentation, testing, and demonstration workplace at our production facility in Slavkov u Brna, Czech Republic.

Pegas Gonda is a manufacturer of Pegas band saws and a supplier of complete cutting lines, including material handling systems – from the entry of bars into the saw to the sorting of finished cut pieces after the saw.

The offered workplace has been in operation for approximately 3 years. We are offering the line as used equipment because our development continues, and we will be installing the latest version of the system with a new control system.

The cutting center is designed for cutting semi-finished materials with a maximum input material length of 6,000 mm. The maximum material cross-section is 500 × 800 mm for straight cuts and 500 × 500 mm for mitre cuts.

The line includes a Pegas 540 Horizont X-CNC band saw with a Siemens S7-1500 control system.

At the saw output, there is an integrated conveyor system with a length of approximately 50 m, including a lateral transfer system for finished pieces into 3 buffer zones for subsequent collection of the cut material.
