UNWINDING SYSTEM
The machine is equipped with a professional servo-controlled unwinding system including:
• Pneumatic fixed unwinding shaft Ø 76 mm
• Brushless servo motor
• Maximum unwind roll diameter 850 mm
• Automatic roll-end detection with machine deceleration and stop
• Electronic web tension control
• Closed-loop tension control via dancer roller
• Movable splice table with pneumatic clamps
The closed-loop system ensures stable web tension even during acceleration and deceleration.
