ProfiFeed Technologies S200 Semi-Automatic Steel Saw

Do you cut hardened or stainless steels on a cheap abrasive saw? Upgrade your production to a high-safety, PLC controlled, industrial hot saw.

S200 is a semi-automatic abrasive (hot) cutting system designed for cutting stainless and hardened
steels, as well as matrix-type materials like rubbers, threads, carbon fibre, which require high RPM cutting. Suitable for single or (bundled) multiple tubes cutting at once.

Full pneumatic liftable guard (including tunnels 900 mm either side) preventing saw access and safely capturing all sparks from the cutting process. Opening and closing of the guard with a press of a button for a full unimpeded saw table access with safety switch disabling the saw on lifting of the guard. Saw cooling by forced air circulation and convection design. Optional vacuum extraction system for dust collection.
