For sale: a complete, industrial-grade lamination line for the automatic production of puff pastry, semi-puff pastry, and Danish pastry from renowned Dutch brands, Machinefabriek C. Rijkaart bv / Rinc.
FOR SALE: The line was purchased from a distributor and fully prepared for operation under a specific production contract. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the contract was not finalized. The machine has not been operated continuously and is 100% free of legal defects.
TECHNICAL CONDITION AND SERVICE: The machine underwent a complete technical inspection after purchase.
All components requiring attention have been replaced with new ones, including new main bearings and some conveyor belts.
The line has been successfully connected and mechanically tested. I have an up-to-date video recording of the start-up tests (available immediately via WhatsApp).

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS:
Working width of the belt: 600 mm (Euro standard – ideal for baking trays)
Estimated capacity: approx. 400 kg – 1000 kg of dough per hour (depending on the thickness of the sheet and the product)
Construction: Stainless steel / acid-resistant steel with Rijkaart's legendary, robust mechanics (very easy to maintain, without unreliable PLC electronics).

Automatic dispenser / pump for margarine and fat (fat pump)
Triple station with independent calibrating rollers (multiroller) for precise dough stretching
Original, central Rinc electrical and control cabinet with a clear synoptic panel
Two-level conveyor / roller feeder (inox roller bed)
Complete set of 600 mm conveyor belts
LOGISTICS AND COLLECTION:
The main feeding section is located in the production hall; the remaining components are safely stored under a sealed industrial tent.
Dismantling and transport are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide free assistance and loading with a forklift on site.
