For sale is a Schüco LKF 2600 machine for processing aluminum and steel profiles, manufactured in 2004.

The machine is particularly suitable for the efficient processing of long profile lengths. The 3-sided processing over a processing length of 2,600 mm allows complex milling patterns to be incorporated into door and frame profiles without having to remove the profile from the clamping device. The pneumatic profile clamping system with four adjustable clamping cylinders ensures secure fixation of the profiles during processing. The pneumatic 180° rotation allows the profile to be conveniently positioned for processing the opposite side. A special advantage of the machine is the pneumatic rotation of the clamped profile by 180°. This allows processing on multiple sides to be carried out comfortably and precisely.

Technical data:
• 3-sided processing with a processing length of 2600 mm. This allows the operator to mill the milling pattern, e.g., of a 5-point locking mechanism, into a door profile without having to remove the profile from its clamping device.
• During processing, the speed of the milling cutter can be adjusted to the profile.
• 1 vertical milling spindle
• Pneumatic rotation of the profile by 180°
• All intermediate angles can be adjusted via a clamping device
• Pneumatic profile clamping with 4 adjustable horizontal clamping cylinders
• The working head is lowered manually and pneumatically fixed at the working height
• Copying templates along the entire length of the machine
