High-pressure fume extractor, dust extractor, TEKA self-cleaning filter.
Filter for plasma, laser.
Due to its design, the system is particularly recommended for processing greasy, sticky fumes and dust.
The device is equipped with an automatic system for impregnating cartridge filters and an activated carbon filter for neutralizing odors generated during processing.
The filter is cleaned pneumatically with impulses of compressed air during operation, which results in high efficiency of the device.
The extraction is designed for special applications where the filtered fumes and dusts may
be soggy and sticky.
By feeding the impregnant, moisture is captured from the smoke, which helps protect the filters
from sticking.
In this case, the life of the patron filters is extended.
After the cleaning process, the control gives a pulse to the magnetic valve,
located on the top cover of the powder-filled barrel.
The applied magnetic pulse
swirls the impregnant, which enters the suction pipeline.
The powder covers the working surface and provides a protective coating for the filters.
