The Series 22-1100-WTBTB, with a passage width of 1100 mm and a table opening of 0.8-100 mm, is ideally suited for processing laser-cut, stamped, waterjet-cut, or plasma-cut parts thanks to its 3 stations.
The belt grinding station allows for the removal of burrs and raised edges. Subsequently, the edge is deburred and slightly rounded using the disc brushes. To achieve a uniform result, we have incorporated two oscillating brush stations in which the disc brushes rotate alternately to the left and right.
Thanks to the quick-change system for the belt and brushes, the machine can be reconfigured in just a few steps.
The conveyor belt, as well as all other stations, are frequency-controlled, allowing for stepless speed adjustment.
