The full-punch rivet initially separates all joining partners and then pushes the punched-out section out of the joining point.
With its innovative technology for full-punch rivets, TOX PRESSOTECHNIK, the specialist for sheet metal joining, is expanding its range of products and services to include a future-oriented process.
Full-punch riveting offers an additional mechanical sheet metal connection that is of great importance for lightweight construction and the joining of hybrid parts and assemblies.
The rivet feeders, tongs, and tool holders are also designed to be so universal that full-punch rivets with diameters of 4.0 mm and lengths between 3.3 and 8.1 mm, as well as full-punch rivets with diameters of 5.0 mm and lengths between 3.9 and 9.0 mm, can be processed flexibly with both TOX hand tongs and TOX robot tongs.
