The 5-axis machine is designed for the industrial machining of aluminium and steel profiles with large volume and weight. The machine is equipped with a 450 mm saw blade.

Window construction profiles, special fabrications, façade profiles, and steel profiles are suitable for processing on this machining centre.

The frame is made of a welded construction that is mechanically machined. The material thickness of the frame exceeds 14 millimetres to ensure a flat surface and to avoid deformation during transport and/or movement of the machine. The frame is fitted with 12 adjustable steel feet that adapt to any type of flooring, each equipped with rubber pads to prevent the transmission of vibrations to the floor. A movable carriage made from welded steel tubing is mounted on the frame and connected via multiple supports to guarantee maximum stability and to prevent deflection of the support even during demanding operations on steel or other high-strength materials.
