This coil slitting line is designed for high-precision slitting of steel coils with heavy-duty capacity and reliable performance. It is suitable for processing materials 3-4 mm thickness, up to 1500 mm width and coil weights up to 20 tons. Available with single or double loop pit configuration to optimize material flow, line speed and production efficiency.

The system consists of fully integrated units including hydraulic decoiler, coil loading car, entry peeler, leveler, slitting head, scrap recoiler, tension system and hydraulic recoiler, ensuring continuous and stable production.
