The DECKEL MAHO DMF 360 Linear is a highly dynamic 5-axis travelling-column machining center designed for the complete machining of large and heavy workpieces. Thanks to the linear drive in the X-axis, the machine achieves very high rapid traverse speeds and reduced non-productive times, making it particularly suitable for toolmaking, mold making, and general mechanical engineering.
Travelling-column design for high stability when machining long workpieces
Linear drive in the X-axis with rapid traverse speeds up to 100 m/min
5-axis machining with NC swivelling milling head (B-axis)
Large travels for machining components longer than 4 meters
High precision through direct measuring systems and thermally symmetrical machine design
