Our modular Forstner decoiling system with decoiler towers and clamping rack offers a space-saving solution for various coil sheet unwinding requirements. The system can be individually equipped with up to eight 2,000 kg decoilers. Additionally, there is the option to integrate a separate pay-off unit for smaller coils up to 1,000 kg, enabling quick and flexible color changes. The clamping rack is a very cost-effective solution for fast and simple manual sheet changes. Up to eight coils can be securely clamped within the rack. The desired sheet is manually fed into the downstream machine using a handwheel.

Decoiler unit for 2,000 kg, braked, single-sided mounting, manual clamping, mounted at top or bottom.

The coil is loaded directly onto the cantilevered mandrel using a crane, forklift, or pallet truck. The expansion mandrel is operated manually.

Floor pay-off unit for 1,000 kg, braked, double-sided support, oscillating, bottom-mounted.
