Guidetti SINCRO 315 EKO

The compact SINCRO 315 EKO granulator is designed for recycling rigid and flexible cables. By shredding and subsequently dry-separating the material, it effectively separates copper and aluminum from insulation (such as plastic, rubber, or paper). The machine can be fed either manually or automatically by adding a conveyor belt, according to user requirements.

The SINCRO 315 EKO cable shredder is fully soundproofed and consists of the following components:
- Granulator with three rotary and two fixed adjustable knives, as well as a screen perfectly matched to the granulator.
- Control panel with an intuitive arrangement of control buttons.

- Adjustable, easily accessible vibratory dry separator.
- Two completely independent air circuits, which reduce maintenance needs and enhance the sorting process.

Performance:
- Up to 130 kg of input material per hour, depending on the type and size of the processed material and screen.
- Combining it with a PMG pre-shredder increases throughput and reduces component wear, as ferrous parts are separated using a magnet installed on the conveyor, also reducing labor requirements.

Processes unshredded cables:
- Flexible copper cables up to Ø22–25 mm
- Rigid copper cables up to Ø20–22 mm
- Aluminum cables up to Ø20–25 mm
