In contrast to the previous offer, the machine has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Several replacements and repairs have been carried out, including new timing chains, a new drive chain for the feeder, replacement of some idler rollers, and all grippers on all drums have been made of stainless steel and are now functioning smoothly, ensuring excellent register. The rollers are rated approximately 7 out of 10; they are slightly glazed and close to their minimum dimensions, but a period of approximately 1500 to 2500 hours should still be manageable without any significant issues, which is what has been promised!

From the original owner who did not maintain the machine properly (cosmetically); however, a comprehensive maintenance history is available, performed by the importer. The latest meter reading in the history is 11.6 million impressions from 2003. Due to illness and outsourcing, the previous owner, a printing broker, has hardly used the machine since then.
NEXT STEPS: We will check the machine against the current meter reading and ensure correct and reliable operation. C)2 dry ice cleaning is being considered, as is a complete overhaul of the machine, as the mechanical condition is exceptionally good. However, this would increase the cost, so the machine is currently offered in its current condition, "as is", EXW our warehouse in Son, NL (5,500,- EXW, NOW after refurbishment €7,500,- EXW van Rooij).
Any type of inspection is, of course, permitted.
We guarantee that the machine is free from cracks, cylinder damage and/or repairs, and that the gears are free from damage.
The rubber rollers are glazed and need to be replaced.
The Royce ECO circulating pump and cooling system for the dampening unit shows signs of corrosion.
