Robust and powerful machine suitable for lamination in continuous operation with a standard volume of millions of sheets per year.
Designed for time-efficient work: feeding sheets from a pallet including easy placement of the pallet into the machine using laser pointers, elements for quick adjustment of the machine to a new job, air shaft, pneumatic snapping unit or hot knife for reliable separation of a wide range of foils.
Also digitally printed job can be easily and conveniently processed on the machine.

Basic configuration
Feeder:
Komfi double action feeding head for reliable feeding even at high speed and small format.
Front lay register for precise and constant sheet overlap.
Compressor for feeder.
Sheet overlap sensor for protection of pressure roller from film sticking in case
of a miss-feed.

Laminating Unit:
Powerful pneumatic pressure system to ensure excellent laminating result.
Adjustable distance stoppers to enable processing thick substrates and windows lamination.
Air shaft for 3″ reel core laminating film.
”On-the-fly” height-adjustable spread roller for perfect smoothing of difficult film before lamination roller.
Zone heating of the laminating roller saves energy when laminating small formats.

Separator & Delivery:
Rotary separation knives for reliable film separation at high speed.
