Special Flexo Units
- 1 cold foil trolley

Rotogravure Printing Section
- 1 rotogravure station for front- or reverse-side printing, includes:
- Reversing bar for reverse-side printing
- Designed for PETROCOLL cold-seal coating (2.8–3.2 g/m² at 180 m/min on paper)
- Rotogravure trolley for mobile positioning
- Extended hot air drying system:
- “Super Hood” with 32 high-efficiency blowers
- Methane gas burner for heating
- Integrated cooling unit
- Electrostatic assist for ink transfer
- 3 rotogravure print sizes (16”–26”)
- Solvent ink viscometer

5. Drying and UV Curing
- 8 UV curing units, 22 kW each (one per print station)
- Integrated cooling for UV lamps
- Drum cooling for heat-sensitive substrates

6. Die-Cutting and Finishing Units
- Rotary die-cutter, working width up to 530 mm
- Base unit for die station
- Trim removal system (up to 530 mm wide)
- Matrix waste pressure system (limit: 530 mm)

7. Slitting Section
- Shear (scissor) slitting system
- 6 Helios box knives with self-sharpening counter blades

8. Electronic Control & Inspection
- OMET electronic register control for 8-color operation
- Includes “gate” function for accurate registration
- Vision system for real-time print inspection
- Motorized E+L Elscan camera for high-resolution web monitoring
