Scope of Delivery:
1x Yaskawa HC10DTP Cobot with Integrated Robot Controller (YRC1000), Profinet,
and Smartpendant (tablet programming device).
Delivered assembled and ready for use on the robot platform.
3x Inxpect Radar Sensors / mounted on the robot platform.
1x Raycus 2kW fiber laser with water cooling
1x Wire feeder for the following wire thicknesses: Ø0.8, 1.0, 1.2, and 1.6 mm.
1x Ospri LWD200 laser head, QBH connector, 75mm collimator, 200mm focal length, water-cooled, including CDD camera and screen.

1x starter set consisting of: 1x Univet laser safety goggles, 5x protective lenses, 5x spare nozzles.

Solid robot platform
The mobile robot platform consists of a sturdy welded steel construction (250 kg weight) with a powder coating.
This allows the robot to run at 100% speed while remaining mobile! Easy to position with the pallet truck.

Laser power: 1.5 kW - 2.0 kW - 3.0 kW RAYCUS RESONATOR

Example: With the 2.0 kW fiber laser source, it is possible to weld steel up to 6 mm, stainless steel up to 5 mm, and aluminum up to 4 mm.
The laser is a pure industrial device with water cooling for 24/7 continuous operation.
