Sakurai 466 SIP

The Sakurai 466 SIP, manufactured in 2005 and bearing serial number HF113105, is a four-color offset press with a maximum sheet size of 470 x 660 mm and a total of 25 million impressions. Currently in operation at a printshop in Germany, this press is equipped with the DTC Delivery Top Console featuring a touch screen and full remote-control operation. It incorporates advanced automation systems such as SIS (Sakurai Interactive System) for make-ready, SAS (Sakurai Auto Set) for paper size and thickness adjustment, and SPC (semi-automatic plate change), along with a plate running register system and cocking register for precise alignment.



The press is fitted with automatic washers for blanket cylinders and inking rollers, Olivermatic dampening, and a Baldwin refrigeration and Bal Control system to ensure consistent print quality. Its feeder includes a suction-belt feed table with electronic double sheet and side lay detectors, while the chromed impression cylinders enhance durability and performance. The machine also features a perfector for 4/0 or 2/2 printing with full automation, semi-high pile delivery, and a powder spray system.



Included with the press are a plate punch, compressor, tools, and manuals, making this Sakurai 466 SIP a complete and well-equipped solution for high-quality, efficient offset production.
