Fully Automatic Printing Tower for Crate Printing on 4sides
Electro pneumatically controlled fully-automatic screen printing machine for rotary printing, with microprocessor control, equipped with feed, printing and ejector station, pneumatic squeegee pressure adjustable via manometer, pneumatic squeegee switching, with squeegee quick clamping system, squeegee stroke, adjustable squeegee pressure. Printing movements individually adjustable when working in one-shift operation.
All four sides of the crate will be printed at the same time in different colours and motivs. 800crates per hour enable a precise reproduction ability and a high productivity. Special hose pumps apply the ink onto the horizontal positioned screen frames. In that way each side of the crate gets an even ink application.
The screens can be exchanged within minutes which, in turn, reduces the holding time. The multi-functional system of the printing tower makes a change of both logo and ink possible within short time thus enabling short set-up times.
A modern electronic control via display ensures the requested process control and helps analysing any faults. The step-by-step operation mode show the printing status during the automatic production run resp. during the set-up by the operator.
