Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2026 – BRAND NEW MACHINE:

The main applications are in manufacturing keyways from 3–28 mm and profiles of similar dimensions. Due to its compact design and small footprint, the machine is ideally suited for small, medium, and large enterprises alike. The competitive price justifies purchase even for small batches or single-piece production.

Drive is provided by a pole-changing geared brake motor. The maintenance-free twin spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a centrally aligned pull point, and constant cutting performance. The open worktable allows for the unrestricted placement of even large workpieces. In most cases, it is not necessary to clamp the workpieces firmly. Stroke setting is achieved via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts are available at very favorable terms on request.
