Vertical broaching machine Type SRM 2027 - NEW MACHINE:

60 KN version:
The area of application is mainly in the production of keyway grooves from 3-28 mm (but also larger) and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact machine, which takes up little space, can therefore be used successfully in small, medium and large companies. The low price justifies the purchase even for small series and individual production.
The drive is via a pole-reversible geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central tension point, as well as constant cutting performance. The free tool table allows even large workpieces to be placed without obstruction. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be firmly clamped. Stroke adjustment is carried out by adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several workpieces can be placed on top of each other.
