We offer for sale a fully automatic bandsaw, the BLM Group ADIGE-SYS EM 80, designed for efficient cutting of tubes and profiles in series production.

The machine is equipped with Siemens SINUMERIK CNC control and an automatic material feeding system. This makes it suitable for repetitive production of larger series, with an emphasis on productivity and accuracy.

The machine is particularly suitable for series production of shorter parts from tubes and profiles, where high repeatability, cutting accuracy and automated operation are important.

Machine condition

The current owner purchased the machine approximately two years ago for a planned production project, which was ultimately not realized. For this reason, the machine has not been used in regular production since its purchase.

The seals of the hydraulic brake on the machine bed have been overhauled.

The offer also includes the accessories and set of clamping jaws shown in the photos.

The machine can be inspected by prior arrangement.
