BEHRINGER HBP1100T

1. Applications & Design

Designed as a horizontal bandsaw with a table layout, this machine is ideally suited for use in forges, rolling mills, die casting operations, steel finishing facilities, and tool & mold manufacturing environments.

Its low table height enables installation directly on standard shop floors, simplifying material transport and handling.

2. Cutting Capacity

Cutting range for round material (90°): up to 1,100 mm

Cutting range for flat material (90°): up to 1,100 × 1,100 mm
(Approximately 43.3 × 43.3 inches)

3. Performance & Drive System

Drive power: 15 kW
Saw blade speed: Infinitely adjustable between 8 – 84 m/min
Total installed power: 30 kW
Saw blade dimensions: 14,330 × 80 × 1.6 mm

4. Table Specifications

Table size (L × W): 3,000 × 1,500 mm
Maximum table load: up to 30,000 kg
Workpiece support height: 700 mm

5. Machine Footprint & Weight

Overall length: 6,000 mm (approximate)
Width: 8,100 mm (approximate)
Height: 3,850 mm (approximate)
Machine weight: around 16,000 kg

6. Notable Features & Options

Independent traversable clamping system: Both the material clamping vice and the blade guide arms are independently movable, allowing large or oversized workpieces to be securely clamped without manual repositioning to a fixed side.

Robust gantry frame: Two solid columns and support bars provide excellent stability, high load capacity, low vibration operation, and long service life.

Optional 90° blade guide rotation: Allows both vertical and horizontal cutting, especially useful for notching sample workpieces.

Fpedpfx Agow Tulgskjn
Powered duplex chip brushes: These automatically adapt to keep the saw blade clean during operation, enhancing blade life and reducing maintenance of the brushes.

Integrated chip conveyor with coolant tank: Located beneath the cutting zone – collects chips and coolant, can be pulled out easily for cleaning.

Open-access design for easy maintenance: All wear and maintenance parts are easily accessible, simplifying servicing, blade changes, and minor repairs. No foundation work required for installation.
