- The flour sifter is used to aerate and break up compacted and moist flour. Impurities present in the flour are collected in the waste bag attached to the machine.

- The flour to be sifted is first poured into the hopper, then using the silk sifter (an optional stainless steel sifter is available upon request), it passes through the sieving system and the flour is sifted.
- The sifted flour leaving the hopper is conveyed to the dough mixer in an aerated and refined state. This is essential for hygienic, high-quality, and healthy production. The unit is manufactured in stainless steel.
