A circular trimming saw and a router for veneer bundles, characterized by a robust, electrically welded construction, high flexural and torsional strength, smaller overall dimensions due to the placement of the feed unit motors in the lower frame, and safety controls. An automatic version with motorized feed is available.

-Circular saw, 2.2 kW (3 HP), pneumatic cut height adjustment, mechanical axis adjustment (0 – 3 mm)
-Pre-cutting unit with a circular saw blade with height and axial adjustment
-Routing unit, 1.1 kW, including an angled router bit (a straight router bit can be purchased separately)

-Rear table with a movable stop on ball-bearing rails and pneumatic clamping
-Electronic display showing the distance between the stop and the cutting line
-Front table, movable for machines with a circular saw and a routing unit
-TEX “Power L” touch control panel with programming capabilities
-Double hardened and ground rails with linear ball bearings for precise linear movement of all carriages
-Control panel with switches for main operating modes
-Pressure beam with two pneumatic cylinders and a torsion bar
-Cable chain with cable protection
-Double-tube inlet for connecting to a dust extraction system
-Filter pressure regulator with a lubricator on the compressed air supply line
