Construction and Technology

The MCB350HD is built around a robust welded steel frame combined with high-quality cast iron components. The 25° inclined saw bow improves cutting efficiency while extending blade life. A durable worm gearbox drive system ensures reliable long-term operation, while the integrated blade tension indicator (dial gauge tension meter) provides precise blade tension adjustment for consistent cutting performance.

The machine is also equipped with a blade cleaning brush, a closed-loop coolant system with electric pump, and a material stop with measuring scale, making repetitive cutting to identical lengths quick and accurate.

The CORMAK MCB350HD metal band saw offers two blade speeds of 36 and 72 m/min, allowing the operator to match cutting parameters to different materials. Precision blade guides featuring bearings and carbide inserts ensure straight, accurate cuts while minimizing blade wear.
