Package consisting of 4 solid FIBRO precision changeable pallets from an industrial pallet changing/rotary table system.
The pallets were used as a machine interface and as a carrier for large workpiece clamping devices. These are not simple clamping plates, but precisely manufactured changeable pallets with indexing, pallet clamping, and integrated pneumatic transfer.
Each pallet has a clamping surface of 1,250 × 1,250 mm and a weight of approximately 1,500 kg. The top surfaces have different, customer-specific hole patterns.
The pallets are equipped on the underside with two mounted and aligned indexing rings each. The clamping slots have hardened strips as running and contact surfaces. In addition, each pallet has a pneumatic connection with one line.

The offer also includes the mechanical guide and rail set of the pallet changing system shown in the pictures, consisting of roller/guide rails, solid guide and support strips, stop and guide elements, and the existing fastening parts.

Condition:
Used condition from industrial application.
The clamping surfaces show corresponding machining, clamping and wear marks, as well as some discoloration and superficial corrosion marks. The existing hole patterns originate from the original application.
A current metrological check of the geometric accuracy has not been carried out.
Sold in the existing condition and scope of delivery as shown in the pictures.
