The MV-800E/NC-SINCRO press was specially developed for the adjustment and testing of molds, dies, and stamps.

The 4 columns with 250 mm diameter made of C45E steel were specially manufactured for high stress.

It features an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of up to 250 bar, ensuring long service life and reliability.

It meets all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.


STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• A structure that withstands 600 T concentrated force on 1/3 of its surface.
• Lower table with T-slots.
• Upper table with T-slots.
• Usable table surface: 3,000 x 2,000 mm.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Two double-acting hydraulic cylinders with 400 T each.
• Single-stage hydraulic unit with automatic shutoff of pre-fill speed and independent operation, equipped with a decompression system and proportional pressure pre-fill valves. Equipped with digital potentiometers on the upper table for displacement control and an electronic synchronization system to compensate for off-center or unbalanced forces.

• The press is equipped with a side pressure switch to regulate the most suitable pressure setting for each specific task.
• Glycerin manometer with tonnage display.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Electrical installation for operation with 1 or 2 speeds of the main cylinder feed.
• The press has a manual cycle and an automatic cycle (activated via a test button selector):
• The manual cycle allows the execution of all movements (step by step) of the press at slow speed.
• The automatic cycle allows the press to perform a complete production cycle.
• Electrical safety system for the upper table fall protection system.
• Lower table with hydraulic removal and physical stops.
• The machine features a control panel with a touchscreen display for entering operating and calibration data.
• 2 optical barriers of 1,000 mm with safety level IV installed at the front and rear.
• Electrical components from Siemens are manufactured according to applicable CE regulations and laws in protection class IP55.
• Electrical and hydraulic functions are redundant and self-controlled. Includes an additional safety block and self-monitoring devices for operation and safety. Includes inspection and certification of correct operation and safety distance for light barriers.
• Safety is ensured by a laser and area protection with light barriers of level IV.
