SCOPE OF SUPPLY

1 Loading table with:

- Motorised slings loader, to load the complete bundle

- Lateral chain transport conveyor, to introduce the tube 1 by 1

- Top support with vertical adjustment (to avoid loading of 2 tubes when working with small diameters)

- Length stop and tube loader

2 Cutting machine TRA3000 with:

- 7 independent cutting heads

- All cutting heads can be lifted independently

- Linear guide with scale for positioning of the cutting heads

- Centralised tube transport system with production cycle adjustment

3 Single collecting cradle RA1, with:

Rsdpeymax Esfx Apisu
- Independent cradles, to collect the cut tubes

- Lateral separators between cradles, to adapt the cradle length to the tube length

- Motorised endless slings for soft tube collection.

4 Main electrical cabinet and operator control panel

5 Safety barriers around the machine & photelectric barriers & emergency line.

Note: Safety barriers were installed by owner to have the machine under “safety conformity”
