Quaser / Gildemeister MV204II / DMC 103V

In this advertisement, we are offering two machines for sale:
a used Quaser MV204II vertical machining center, manufactured in 2001,
and a used DMC 103V, manufactured in 1988.
Both machines are not fully functional! According to the latest technician's report, the following problems exist:

Quaser:
- The ball screw of the X-axis needs to be replaced. The function is present (makes noise).
- The slide carriage in the Z-axis needs to be replaced. The ball screw is subjected to excessive load. Error: Motor overheating in the Z-axis.
- Possible replacement of the data cable connecting the control unit to the control panel. Loose connection.
- Age-related wear and tear on other components.

DMC 103V:

- The machine is partially operational.
- Sporadic error during tool change.
- Error: Data should be generated in/by the control system.
(A data backup must be performed, and then the appropriate software must be installed. See the software version of the control system 810.)
- Age-related wear and tear on other components.
