WP V500 1/2 dough divider 1 or 2 pocket developed for gentle and accurate dividing of a wide range of dough types. Suitable for wheat doughs, rye doughs containing up to 70% rye, and doughs with high water absorption. Doughs with long fermentation times and delicate doughs, with or without filling, can also be processed.
