Completely overhauled single-column vertical turning lathe, Blansko model SKSJ 1A, equipped with one vertical head for turning and milling operations.

- New Siemens 828 numerical control, 100 kW main drive motor, 27 Nm feed motors, and ZF reducers with a 1/5 ratio
- New ballscrews on 2 axes (vertical head and crossrail)
- New scales on 2 axes, Heidenhain
- The hydraulic and support systems made with CE-compliant components (Rexroth, Brevini, Atos, etc.)
- New lubrication system, DROPSA-Italy or similar
