The machine was used for riveting segment saw blades from Ø 400 to Ø 2000 mm.
The segments were manually placed on the support disc and fixed with straight rivet pins.
The counter-rotating riveting unit rivets the pin simultaneously from both sides.
The controlled table automatically rotates to the next working position.
Ideal for saw blade manufacturers and repair companies.
Or for the construction of a special machine.

The riveting unit can also be easily removed and used as a conventional riveting machine by creating a suitable counter-tool.
