Turning and milling machine

EMAG VLC 800 MT

Offered is a turning and milling machine EMAG VLC 800 MT with tool changer.

The machine has a turret with 12 tool positions (VDI 50) and a milling spindle with tool changer for up to 96 tools.
The tool magazine can be loaded during processing, which reduces setup time and allows the use of sister tools. The proven EMAG turret is available for turning operations on the machine.
On the multifunctional VLC 800 MT production center, workpieces up to 800 mm in diameter can be completely processed in a single clamping.

The following components will be sold with the machine:
- Pick-up station
- Extraction unit (IFM)
- Coolant system with belt filter
- Chip conveyor
