• Floating solid elements

• Insoluble oils (from greasing, oil carried by raw material, hydraulic oils, oils from slides, etc.)

APPLICATIONS of Filtra4

Filtra4 is the optimal solution for various sectors such as:

• Tube: both welded as Seamless

• Machining centers: grinding, turning

• Bars: turning, straightening and polishing

• Steel transformation / forming plants

• Forging or cold stamping

IT IMPROVES THE EFFICIENCY of uour industrial processes

1. No consumables

It completely eliminates the use of expensive consumables such as filtering paper or mesh. Filtra4 is an automatic filter that does not require consumables, saving both operating costs, and waste management by extracting them separately.

2.“Zero” maintenance

Thanks to its internal self-cleaning system, Filtra4 remains in optimal condition without requiring maintenance intervention. With Filtra.4, you enjoy continuous operation and increased operational efficiency, without concern for maintenance tasks that cause downtime.

3. High degree of filtration

Filtra4 offers highly efficient multi-stage filtration that ensures accurate separation of floating particles and non-soluble oils.

4. Full-surface rotating skimmer

Our rotating skimmer allows complete separation and removal of undesired oil contaminants.

5. Automatic mixing addition

Forget about adding oil manually. Our system allows to add the necessary amount of soluble, with the desired % of oil.

6. Single or integrated

Filtra4 adapts to your needs. It can be integrated into an existing production line to optimize its performance, new and individualized for a specific equipment or centralized to supply multiple lines, providing the flexibility and efficiency that your industry demands.
