STANDARD DESCRIPTION:

Our SH series horizontal hydraulic ram press is engineered with a range of three different capacities, from 100 to 250 tons. These horizontal hydraulic presses are specifically designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams. The horizontal configuration enables easy handling of large-size beams and profiles. The latest-generation HS series offers versatile utility, with the possibility to fit a wide variety of tooling. They operate at a hydraulic pressure below 350 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The SH series horizontal straightening hydraulic presses feature an electro-welded "C"-frame structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Design and calculation are carried out using finite element software, thus maintaining our high standards of robustness, accuracy, and quality. They come equipped with a main anti-rotation push cylinder and a rear support table, both made from high-strength steel and machined with DIN 650 T-slots. Standard equipment includes C45E steel support blocks. Two adjustable side rollers are also included as standard, one on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
Double-acting cylinder with honed sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides. Cylinder is operated by a lever hydraulic distributor. It is fitted with a removable block to prevent piston damage. Single speed motor-driven hydraulic power unit.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
Electrical system includes a motor protection switch and emergency stop. Supplied with a glycerine-filled pressure gauge (tonnage readout) and hydraulic oil. Fully complies with all essential CE safety and health regulations. Supplied with an operation manual.

• Basic feed rails from 3,000 mm up to 12,000 mm, height adjustable.
