STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
We have designed the ST series of motorized hydraulic presses with a movable gantry and adjustable ram, offering a range of three different capacities from 80 to 150 tons. Specifically designed for straightening welded structures, as well as plates cut by oxy-fuel or laser.

The design facilitates easy loading and unloading of large volumes: parts, plates, or structures. It provides access to various pressure points without having to reposition the workpiece, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal travel of the gantry.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The ST series hydraulic presses feature an electro-welded frame manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stress-relieved and precision-machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy. All structural calculations and design are performed using finite element software. As a result, we always guarantee our high standards of precision and quality.
The gantry provides longitudinal movement.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides. Cylinder operation via a lever hydraulic valve. Equipped with a removable pressure pad to protect the piston.
Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic switch-off of the fast approach speed at working pressure, including a pressure relief valve.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND SAFETY:
Electrical circuit includes a motor protection switch with emergency stop. Supplied with a glycerin-filled pressure gauge (reading in tons) and hydraulic oil. Complies with all essential health and safety requirements according to CE standards.
Delivered with an operating manual.
