Konrad Seidler MINIMAXX 1800

For sale is a high-quality CNC carousel turning, drilling, and milling center from the German manufacturer Konrad Seidler from Neuss – Holzheim, model: MINIMAX 1800, manufactured in 2013.

The machine comes from its first owner and was used in a single-shift operation in our own production facility. After the commissioning of a new manufacturing solution, the machine was decommissioned, extensively overhauled, and has only been used to a limited extent since then.

The machine is in fully functional, operational, and regularly maintained condition. An inspection and a test run under power can be arranged at any time.

It is particularly worth mentioning the extensive general overhaul of the drilling/milling spindle in 2025, which brought a major wear component of the machine back to as-new condition.

General Overhaul 2025

In 2025, the installed Capellini high-performance spindle (HSK100, 6,000 rpm) was completely overhauled by a specialist company (Deuschle).

Excerpt of the work performed:
• Measurement of all components on a measuring machine
• Renewal of precision bearings (FAG / SKF / GMN / NSK)
• Renewal of the HSK100 clamping system
• Replacement of Balluff sensors
• Refurbishment of the spindle shaft using laser welding and grinding
• Renewal of all wear parts
• Fine balancing according to ISO 1940
• System balancing of the complete spindle assembly
• Adjustment of the bearing intermediate rings
• Final acceptance including test report
