The CNC 500L machining center is a modern and compact CNC milling machine designed for precise machining of metals and engineering plastics. Thanks to its rigid machine structure and linear guideways, it ensures high stability and accuracy even during intensive operation. The efficient spindle with a power of 5.5 / 7.5 kW and speeds up to 8000 rpm guarantees effective cutting performance across a wide range of materials.

The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (12 positions), significantly increasing productivity and reducing setup time. Its intuitive CNC control system allows for quick programming and easy operation, even when working with complex parts. High positioning accuracy and repeatability of ±0.02 mm make the CNC-500L ideal for both single-piece and batch production.

Additional features such as through-spindle coolant, chip evacuation system, chip conveyor, and a fully enclosed housing with LED lighting improve operator comfort and safety. Compact dimensions and the option to expand with a 4th and 5th axis make this machine a versatile solution for modern workshops.
