The Colechester Bantem 1600 is a small compact lathe. It was mainly used in the educational sector providing training for its safe use to students. It was a well maintained machine, will little use and as a result has little or no backlash in its carriage's. It comes complete with 3 & 4 Jaw chucks, faceplates, and a set of gears for expanding the speed range of its spindle. It also has a range of tool holders and cutting tools. It has an integrated cabinet of the safe storage and easy access for its accessories.
