Refurbished and Automated Mecolpress 200L Hot Forging Press (Siemens S7 Controlled)

We are offering for sale our Mecolpress 200L fully automatic hot forging press system, which is currently operating in our production line. The machine underwent a comprehensive overhaul and modernization in 2018.

The system has been upgraded to meet current production standards, including a renewed electrical system and a complete automation package. It is fully operational and immediately ready for production.

Main Features and Benefits
- Complete Overhaul: All mechanical and hydraulic components have been serviced, worn-out parts replaced, and the machine's performance restored to factory specifications, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation.
- Modernization (Siemens S7): The electrical system has been completely renewed with Siemens S7 PLC and latest-generation automation components, enabling precise control, easy fault detection, and modern production monitoring.
- Fully Automatic Cell: All processes from furnace loading to forging and unloading are fully automated, minimizing human intervention and increasing productivity.
- Complex Part Manufacturing: The 5-axis AP4 sub-press unit allows production of parts with complex internal geometries (such as valve bodies, Y-fittings, etc.) that cannot be manufactured with standard presses.
- Production Ready: The machine is currently in active operation and will be delivered to the buyer with a custom die set (flange and 4 inserts).
