This dividing head is particularly suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for milling, engraving, laser cutting, drilling, grooving, or for use on a tool or surface grinding machine. Square, hexagonal, gear milling with any pitch, or 3D machining is possible.

Extremely precise and accurate - the worm gear is designed with a maximum reduction ratio of 100:1, which was specifically designed by us and is not a standard component.

Output torque well over 70 Nm. The max. clamping diameter is 250 mm.
Center height: 125 mm.

The drive is via a controlled stepper motor with 200 steps and 7.5 A, with a holding torque of 9.7 Nm.
Possible adjustable indexing accuracy at the output: 0.00028125 degrees with 1/64 step programming.

The worm gear pair is four times ball-bearing mounted and adjusted for zero backlash, and can also be readjusted. The bearings are from FAG/SKF.

The one-piece, stable output spindle is fitted with a faceplate, d = 200 mm, with an internal taper MK 3 and a through-hole of 20.3. Weight 26 kg.

The electronic control unit as a handy module with 14 travel programs and 2 reference point travels, as well as step monitoring with a power supply, is included in the package. The toolbox module is made of metal.

The optimized pre-programming is done in 360, 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 30, 10, 5, 1, 0.02, 0 degree incremental positioning steps.

Repeat cycles, right and left travel, and cycle pauses can be programmed.

program travel programs and cycles, program absolute or incremental travel values. The actual value can be displayed very comfortably at any time in the software. With one output, you can exclusively receive start pulses from an NC machine. Keys, complex scales, cross-holes, or gears can be quickly produced.

For your applications, standard clamping devices are offered, and we also have the possibility of quickly and inexpensively manufacturing special clamping devices for you. Furthermore, solutions for special rotary tables can be implemented on request.
