The following work was carried out during this overhaul in 2023:
- The machine was completely disassembled, cleaned, and repainted.
- The main spindle was fitted with new bearings.
- The guides and guide shoes in the X-axis and Z-axis were replaced.
- The ball screw in the X-axis and Z-axis was replaced.
- New unit for central lubrication and new hoses.
- The hydraulic unit was inspected and serviced. The drive coupling between the motor and pump was replaced.
- The cooling unit was inspected and serviced; the temperature difference controller was replaced.

- The clamping cylinder was fitted with new bearings and seals.
- The gearbox of the A-axis was fitted with new bearings, and the coupling between the motor and gearbox was replaced.
- The electrical cabinet was cleaned.
- The control panel was replaced.
- New screen.
- New internal lighting.
- The turret was disassembled, wear parts were inspected, cleaned, and re-sealed.
- The turret encoder and encoder wheel were cleaned.
- The length measuring systems in the X-axis and Z-axis were disassembled and cleaned.
- The springs of the pickup station were replaced.
- The motors of the X-axis and Z-axis were checked for bearing damage.
- The panes on the work door were replaced.
- The chip conveyor was completely disassembled, fitted with new bearings, cleaned, and painted.
- Various small parts on the machine were also replaced, of course.
